The Bennington Center for the Arts boasts seven large galleries which are home to temporary exhibitions by many of the finest representational artists from around the country, as well as an extensive collection of wildlife art, paintings by Eric Sloane and detailed wooden bird carvings by Floyd Scholz. In addition, The Bennington Center for the Arts houses a covered bridge museum, a collection of Native American artifacts and art works, studio space, and a lovely 320 seat theater equipped with a world class Fazioli piano.

Ghost Army - A Multimedia Presentation by Rick Beyer

Rick Beyer, New York Times best-selling author and award-winning documentary filmmaker, will detail the vital role of a top secret WWII unit that used inflatable tanks, sound effects, and illusions to fool the Germans on the battlefields of Europe. He will give a multimedia presentation, along with an audience Q&A, and a book signing. The multimedia presentation will include scenes from the award-winning documentary, and he will discuss the importance of the Ghost Army's role in WWII.

This event is presented by the Bennington Banner and sponsored by Uncle Bob's Septic Services.
